  • Grace on the Go: From Pastels to Black & White

Grace, founder of Nine Naturals, a line of safe and healthy beauty products for moms and moms-to-be, hosted a morning trunk show on Jocelyn's rooftop in Tribeca. She showed off her products while wearing some of her favorite Tuckernuck items.  Grace and Jocelyn's looks were perfectly bright and polished for a morning event, and lent themselves well to subtle accessorizing with colorful statement earrings and gold bracelets.
Since meeting up with Grace once just wasn't enough, we caught up with her again later that week.  She wore a classic black and white ensemble, which she complimented with Tuckernuck accessories to match.  Her simple, sophisticated look was perfectly on-trend for fall.  We love how Grace added personalized touches to her black and white ensemble by wearing a black monogrammed necklace and white Asha zodiac pendants--one with her own zodiac sign and one with her daughter's.

  • Intern Style

Dressing for class in April and an internship in June can make for a tricky wardrobe transition. This shift can be particularly tough for those working in a startup environment--how does a summer intern walk the fine line between looking both creative and professional? We decided to feature our interns, Caroline and Mollie, who have managed to look polished and cool every day on the job.

On this hot afternoon in Georgetown, the girls styled a few outfits that were perfectly suited for a summer day at work.  First, they dressed up their tailored shorts with airy blouses, and added accessories to achieve a sophisticated yet understated professional look.  Then, Mollie tucked a Bella Dahl chambray shirt into white jeans, which she then paired with red smoking slippers, a Raina belt, and an arm-full of bangles.  Caroline added a gold belt to a cobalt blue dress before popping on a Two Penny Blue blazer and gold flats. With a few great accessories to accent a sophisticated base, these two looked comfortable, confident, and ready to work.

  • A Leopold's Afternoon

Corey and Lindsay, good friends since their days at Penn, have lived in D.C. for years and become some of Tuckernuck's most loyal fans. After stopping by the showroom for a Saturday afternoon of shopping, they decided to enjoy some much-anticipated spring weather at Leopold's, a Georgetown staple for outdoor dining.

Corey picked out our Two Penny Blue blazer to pair with our Cooper and Ella blouse.  Her versatile look worked perfectly for a Saturday afternoon lunch date, but could have just as easily carried her through a day at the office.

Kafe Leopold serves inventive, Austrian fare in a courtyard with a bubbling fountain and fresh flowers--one of our favorite spots for al fresco meals in Georgetown.

Lindsay paired her vintage, leather cross body bag with our Elephant Print Skirt and neon sweater for an easy weekend look.

The girls each added some bling to their looks with accessories, like our gold smoking slippers and Sundial Studs.

Lindsay threw on our Asha Else Stud Earrings, which turned out to be a perfectly polished compliment to her flea-market-found bag and retro-inspired printed skirt.

  • Flowers, Date Night, and Our Favorite Maxi

We always love catching up with Kat Tanita, from the blog With Love from Kat.  Kat is a stickler for keeping flowers in her adorable New York apartment, so we tagged along with her while she picked up a fresh bouquet.  Kat wore her Shoshanna Mabri Maxi dress, a stack of bracelets from Asha, Loren Hope, and Julie Vos, and gold Jack Rogers for the errand.  After selecting perfect bunch of orange roses, Kat ran home and dressed up her look for a dinner date at a local Upper East Side restaurant.  She swapped out her straw French market basket for a white Gigi clutch, and shed her scarf to show off her Julie Vos Amalfi Pendant.  We love Kat for expertly showing off the versatility of one of our favorite dresses for spring and summer.

  • Basics as a Canvas for Chic Accessories

Meet Viviana, New York City based fashion blogger for her site, Fashion Truffles.  We met up with Viviana in the West Village this week, where she accessorized Tuckernuck basics with items from our spring collection.  Viviana accented our White and Warren cardigan with a Lele Sadoughi Nile necklace, Bhati Beats bracelets, an Annabel Ingall cross body bag, her Asha Zodiac ring, a Vismaya scarf, and a pair of statement heels.  Viviana likes using basics as a canvas for chic accessories, and we were thrilled to see the way she did so with some of our favorite new pieces.

  • Classic Kat

We are always on the lookout for that perfect blogger who combines timeless style with a fresh new spin.... we think Kat, known for her fashion blog, With Love from Kat, is a prime example of the type of style icon we love.  Too often we find that bloggers are slaves to trends and don't spend enough time showing us how to be inspired by classic beauty.

We caught up with Kat on the streets of NYC to see how she styles her favorite Tuckernuck items with some elegant vintage pieces.  To spice up our simple classic signature trim leather shirt Kat added a fun knit vest, black nails and some of our bold Asha jewelry.  We especially love how she paired our classic signature trim leather shirt, adorned horn bangleszodiac ring and French Sole Ballet Flats with a vintage Hermes scarf and Chanel quilted purse.  We think both Audrey and Grace would boast this look in any era.

We met Kat when she worked for one of our favorite jewelry brands, Asha and immediately fell in love with her natural and elegant style.  This Arizona born beauty recently left her job in accessories to focus on her fabulous blog full time.  We are looking forward to collaborating with this rising star again in the future.
