CAN I USE A DISCOUNT CODE ON A PREVIOUS ORDER?

No. Discount codes cannot be applied to previous purchases or combined with other offers.

 

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

We strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. For this reason, we are unable to edit or cancel orders. HOW AND WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Most products are shipped from our warehouse in Maryland via USPS or UPS, depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.** Please note that some products are shipped directly from the vendors via UPS, USPS or FedEx and may arrive in separate packages.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

If an item is unused, unworn, unwashed, we'll take it back within 15 days.  Please note that all original tags must be attached in order for the return to be processed. A prepaid shipping label is included in all orders shipped from our warehouse and available for download at www.tuckernuck.shipmentreturn.com.  Securely repackage your merchandise and include your packing slip (or a photocopy) in the shipment with your items to ensure your return is processed properly.  You may drop your package off at any UPS Drop Box, UPS Store Location, or you may request a pick up herePlease note all returns will be charged a $7.00 return processing fee, which will be deducted form your refund. Please allow 2 weeks for a return to be processed. 

 

HOW DO I REQUEST AN EXCHANGE?

To ensure that the item you are interested in is still in stock, we recommend purchasing the new size or color up front and return the item that did not work out.  If you would still like to process an exchange, you may do so by filling out the exchange form on the packing slip included in your order.  We will ship to the same shipping address listed on the original order order unless otherwise noted. If the item requested is not in stock at the time the return is received, we will refund your original form of payment.  

 

ARE RETURNS FREE?

Please note all returns will be charged a $7.00 return processing fee, which will be deducted from your refund. 

 

HOW LONG BEFORE I SEE MY REFUND?

Please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to be processed once the returned package has been received at our warehouse.  Depending on your bank, refunds may not be posted on your statement for another 2-3 business days. You will not get an email notification when your refund is processed. The refund will automatically post to your account. 

 

WHY DO I SEE A PENDING TRANSACTION ON MY BANK STATEMENT EVEN THOUGH MY ORDER DID NOT GO THROUGH?

This usually happens when the billing zip code you have entered on your order doesn’t match the billing zip code on the credit card you’re trying to use.  As for the pending transaction, some banks will hold your funds for a couple of days but will not validate the charge. These charges usually drop off of your bank account within 1-7 days.

 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY OR TO CANADA?

Unfortunately, no. We hope to in the future!
