Tuckernuck ships to all 50 states; Washington, D.C.; US Territories; US P.O Boxes; and APO, FPO, and DPO addresses. Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email from us confirming that your order has been received. Any and all status updates for your order will be sent to the email address used to place the order.

Most products are shipped from our warehouse in Maryland via USPS or UPS, depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.** Please note that some products are shipped directly from the vendors via UPS, USPS or FedEx and may arrive in separate packages.

**Tuckernuck is not responsible for any package lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. For this reason, we strongly encourage customers to select our UPS Signature Shipping Method at checkout. This is our only insured method of shipping.

For orders placed after 1 PM EST, delivery times will go into effect the following business day.

Order Arrival & Exceptions:

  • Tracking information will be emailed to you 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking information to update with the carrier.
  • Arrival time with the free shipping option is not guaranteed. For guaranteed arrival time, please purchase an upgraded shipping option for an additional charge.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable.
  • Please allow additional weeks for delivery of all monogrammed and personalized orders. Expedited shipping will not affect production time for all personalized items.
  • Once the order is in the hands of the shipping service, Tuckernuck is not responsible for any shipping delays. 
  • No shipping investigations can be started with the shipping carriers until the designated shipping time listed on the website has passed. 
  • Tuckernuck is not responsible for any package lost or stolen package after confirmed delivery. 

PRE-SALE

Some products may be marked as “Pre-Sale” in their product descriptions, allowing customers to order certain high-demand items in advance.  Each item is accompanied with an estimated delivery date.  While we do our best to accurately calculate this information, this is only an estimation and may change at any time based on manufacturer’s availability or shipping delays.  Should this occur, you will be updated as soon as possible.
