  • Travel: Emma's Hamptons Guide

Family-run, the Round Swamp Farm Market is a Bridgehampton gem offering fresh produce locally grown and delicious homemade baked goods and prepared dishes. Pop in for a fresh blueberry muffin that will melt in your mouth or grab some Gazpacho and Mexican Dip (made daily) as an afternoon snack. You can’t go wrong!

If you’re looking for a laid-back but happening spot for dinner and summer cocktails, Moby’s is your place. Dine outside under white string lights at picnic tables and enjoy the rustic, market driven menu sourcing from the best farms of the North and South Fork, and Montauk Day Boats. Ideal for groups, Moby’s menu features their signature Neopolitan-style pizzas, cooked in a wood-burning oven with fresh, house-made mozzarella.

Who doesn’t want to wind down a busy summer day with live music and an evening picnic? Have a glass of Wölffer wine or cider by the glass and snack on a charcuterie plate while watching a breathtaking sunset with friends and family at The Wine Stand. Be sure to bring a blanket and beach chairs if you plan to stay a while (which we know you will!).

Wide with fine sand and strong wave action, Ocean Road Beach is ideal for an action packed summer afternoon. Make sure to wander the side streets en route to the beach for some serious landscape eye candy.

  • Travel: Sophie's Honeymoon Packing Picks

Our Creative Director, Sophie, recently got married, and she and her new hubby honeymooned in Southeast Asia. She’s a bit of a packing pro, so we asked her which key pieces she brought along on her adventure (and why).

When I pack for a trip, I make sure everything fits into a color scheme. This trip I brought mostly navy, turquoise, and white. Getting dressed was a cinch!

  • Travel: Escape to Sea Island, GA

August is here, but summer isn't over yet! There's still plenty of time to sneak in a fun escape. First stop on our list this month is Sea Island. We've polled the insiders, and here's what we're suggesting for your weekend (or maybe you should make it a full week) jaunt to Georgia...

    1. Pack:  Grab your embellished garb and colorful accessories. The more vibrant the colors, the better

    2. Eats: May we suggest...

    - Carry out BBQ from Southern Soul (don't forget the fried green beans). This is our #1 pick for a group dinner after a long beach day

    - Fried chicken at the Oak Room, which overlooks the golf course. Grab s'mores at the Lodge afterwards

    - Dinner at  Bennie's Red Barn. Leave room for the "raccoon" for dessert

    3. Explore: You won't want to miss a thing.

    - Rent a kayak and head up the marsh to sneak a peek at the houses

    - Take a day trip to Cumberland Island to see the wild horses and the Carnegie Estate (also, this is the spot where JFK Jr. was married!)

    4. Things to do: There's more to do than just sit on the beach.

    - Go skeet shooting on the marsh

    - Grab your friends and hit the tennis courts (& grab smoothies from the Spa afterwards)

    - Play Cloister Bingo! (not just for the old folks)

    - Head to Zigi's to dance the night away to 90s hits. Always a favorite.
